Guitar stinks, no customer service
I bought a Donner Hush I. The action is ridiculously high.
When I complained they did respond, and told me to adjust the action, but it is already as low as it can go. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service to get a return label.
Sent an email every day, sometimes twice a day for a week now and no response. They are a rip off company.

Got a bad turner, don't have a printer, they will not mail me a return label, or much less give me their return address and a return merchandise number. Terrible communication.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Shipping takes time.
I am convinced they forgot the order. And it arrived today unfortunately its the wrong colour. I will not context this. I will take the product as is.

As I have serious doubts I would use them again. The product itself is good the customer service is horrible.
I would like someone to contact me regarding my order . I received the bench but the piano did not arrive.
I have made multiple attempts with no one willing to help.
I am extremely fustrated with your level of service and if do not here from you tomorrow to solve this problem will be taking to the government authorities for consumer protection.

I purchased a new Apple iPad. My foot pedal does not work on the new iPad.
Does it have to be programmed to the new iPad? If so, how do I do it, and could instructions be sent to me, or can I speak to a representative for help in getting it to work?
I have had the pedal for several years and have used it to play with a band. It has served me well, and I hope I can continue with it.

I just bought a Donner DDP-95 through Amazon, and it arrived today. While putting it together, I discovered that although the foot pedal assembly was included and appeared to be usable, there was no corresponding receptacle in the connection socket panel at the back of the piano. When I looked closely, I could see the outline of a port that was the right size, but it was non-functional.
#1. I need the piano side receptacle for the foot pedal socket.
#2. I need the piano side receptacle for the foot pedal socket installed into the piano's connection socket panel.
Ideally, someone needs to come install it into my piano. However, if the installation is not complicated and I am provided adequate diagrams and instructions, I would be willing to find someone locally who could do the installation.

Question about my new piano
I can't get a hold of anyone and the purchaser of the piano has not received a response from his email question. There's a problem with the keys on my keyboard, a slope down towards the back of the piano and it's not good.

Never talk to anybody in Donner support tried many times at least 20 times and never got through with an open line or even the ability to wait your product is pretty decent but your support is non-existent to me
My order has been a while and not delivered.
My order has been a while and the tracking update is still on June 21st and now its June 28. No update and can not call and email the customer service but no response. What can I do?

I told them my hi hat pedal doesn't work right. I was told there nothing they can do. Not happy.
So far not happy with customer service. Can't seem to speak with a person.

The tone that it shows on the information screen is different than what you are playing. It might show strings but when you play the keys it sounds like an organ.
Also there are tones missing. You get 3 or 4 tones in a row that are the same sound.

They have not contacted me at all! Their piano which I purchased from a prior owner has the upper register Out Of Tune! I have to write a review on this company to let people know.
The phone number for Donner keyboards is a continuous busy signal. I called the number for Donner keyboards listed for Canada and I reached the surgery Department for some Hospital.
This is BS!
How do you get in touch with these people? Sell you crap and run?

I purchased the Donner DMK 25 PRO which supposedly includes software for uploading DAW. Without these mappings, nothing plays music or sound from the MIDI controller. I tried to get customer support, but could not find a working support number, and there was no response to my online request for help.
